What Should I Bring

Dress comfortably for the weather. The most important thing to remember is sturdy walking shoes. Our brick streets and sidewalks are charming, but can be uneven! You may wish to bring bottled water and sunscreen.

When To Arrive

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour departure time.

There is a small public parking lot behind the Golden Hobby Shop, 630 South Third St., on the northeast corner of South Third and Sycamore (next to Starbucks). Also, you may park in the driveway of the German Village Society offices, at 588 South Third. Otherwise, your best option is to park on the street. Pay close attention to signs, as some areas enforce two-hour parking limitations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. If we deem it necessary to cancel a tour, you may choose a refund, a credit voucher for a future tour or a gift certificate.

What If It Rains?

German Village can be enjoyed in all kinds of weather, but we may choose to cancel in the event of storms or ice. These decisions are often made at the last minute, so please keep your phones handy. We will contact you.
